Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. Product listings show what we deal in, not what is in stock today, and prices move with the market. A binding price exists only in a written quotation we have sent you, and only for the period that quotation states.
Who we are
This site is operated by Ashish Trading Co, a proprietorship of Ashish Kumar Agrawal, at Bisipara, Ward No. 5, Bargarh, Odisha 768028, India, incorporated 30 December 2004.
Product information and availability
The product pages describe the categories we deal in. They are not a live stock list. Running sizes are generally held at Bargarh and other items are arranged on order. Availability and delivery time are confirmed in the quotation, not on this website.
Prices and quotations
We do not publish prices, because prices for switchgear, motors, cable and panel components move with the market and with the make and quantity ordered. Any price we give you in a written quotation holds for the validity period stated on that quotation. Once it lapses, ask us again.
Technical guidance on this site
The answers section sets out general guidance on selection and sizing, written from our own experience of supplying plants in this region. It is offered in good faith and in general terms. It is not a design, it does not account for the particular conditions of your installation, and it is not a substitute for a competent electrical engineer or for the requirements of your distribution licensee and electrical inspector.
Standards, tariffs and licensee rules referred to on this site change from time to time. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the current standard, your own electricity bill, or your section office before you commit money to it.
Reference work
Where we name a project we have supplied, we do so as a statement of what we supplied. Naming a client does not imply that client endorses us. Reference contacts are shared on request, with the client's agreement.
Third-party names
Manufacturer and brand names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe goods we supply. Their use does not imply any partnership, agency or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
Not to be confused with other firms
Several unrelated businesses across India trade under the name Ashish Trading Co or Ashish Trading Company. This site belongs to Ashish Trading Co of Bargarh, Odisha only. We have no branches and no association with any similarly named firm elsewhere.
Availability of the site
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
